In “All Subs” view, when sorted by “Status”, subscriptions of the same status that begin with a lowercase letter should be placed in alphabetical order

Currently, when ordering All Subs by Status, apps of the same status that begin with a lowercase letter (ex “iTunes Match) are not inline alphabetically, but rather clustered at the bottom of the list after the alphabetical ordering of all subscriptions beginning with an uppercase letter.

Change this so that apps of the same status are alphabetized regardless of beginning with an upper or lowercase letter.
