Honor Category + List on import, and add bulk edit

Love the app, the calendar view and stats are great. Two related requests around managing lists:

1. On import, use the Category and List values from the CSV instead of auto-assigning. Right now re-importing my own export resets Category (auto-picked from name) and List (defaults to Personal), so editing those columns and reimporting does nothing.

2. Add bulk edit: multi-select items and 'set List to...' / 'set Category to...'. Changing these one at a time across 30+ subs is rough.

Either fixes it; both would be ideal. Thanks!
