Default decimal for subscription amount

I prefer not having to type the “.” when entering the subscription amount. The format should be “_ . _ _” as standard.

Example:

• If i type “16” it will be “0.16”

• For “1.60” I’ll type “160”

• Add more digits to move the numbers past the decimal. For “16.00” I’ll type “1600” and for “160.85” i’ll type “16085”
